I though the same but Kasper said he did it on purpose. Thus reverting
it can be wrong.

Since Kasper did not comment on this thread, I think it is better to
wait until he does and explains everything.

Kasper is changing TV these days. This is another good reason to wait
and not interfere with his unfinished changes.

Though it seems so, I do not think it is a good idea to revert anything
right now. One who does this probably should know Kasper's reasons for
making this code.
