this error could occur when you do a fresh install of TYPO3 4.0 and some
directories in typo3temp are missing (cs, GB, llmxl, pics, temp)

ho scaricato oggi per ennesima volta i file ... se deve essere così 
traumatica la cosa io abbandono.... non è possibile ...
