[TYPO3-UG Italy] Typo3 4.0 errore nel installazione

Anch'io ho scaricato stamattina la nuova versione 4.0 (finale 
finalmente!!) e non ho riscontrato il tuo problema.

Il file localconf.php si trova in /<root_typo>/typo3conf/ dove 
<root_typo> e' la cartella/percorso dove sta la radice di installazione 
di Typo3.

Se il file non ci fosse ti allego qui sotto il contenuto di default del 
file in questione. Riprova pero' a riscaricare entrambi i file e fai un 
check degli archivi con l'md5, non vorrei che fossero "scesi male" da 
internet..
