[TYPO3-workspace] RFC #11481: Naming of "Release" mass action is unclear

Problem:
Naming of "Release" mass action is confusing. Among the possible mass 
actions from the workspaces module, is the "Release" action which rolls 
back all changes. Indeed "Release" could be seen as nearly a synonym of 
"Publish".

Solution:
After discussion in Workspaces team and after asking the HCI team (Jens) 
and a native Speaker we agree on "Discard"
