Globally +1 by reading, "Discard" is a good choice.

However I would change that message. What about "Do you really want to 
discard changes from the whole workspace?"

Apart from being a bit more verbose and polite, the main change is to 
explain that it is the changes that are being discarded and not the 
workspace itself, which is what I don't like with the current message.
