+1 (with below additions)

In addition the EXTmngr in fact needs at least 48mb (acc. to other
official Sources), and probably more (parsing the ever-growing xml from
+3k extensions).

Given the fact that memory nowadays IS chea and widely available any
statements in the range of "16/32mb" minimum-information is IMHO
neighter necessary nor helpful.
Given we are talking about an Enterprise-CMS like TYPO3, I guess the
following statement should be fine for TYPO3v4:

- minimum: 64M
- preferred: 256M

You might wanna compare this to:
   "Memory_limit no less than 256Mb (preferably 512)"
http://www.magentocommerce.com/system-requirements

Despite being magento not being the best example of a ressource-aware
codebase ;-) however such statements dont do any harm to the
marketability of Enterprise-Applications (even to the contrast);

regards georg

PS: No I did not yet measure flow3's mem-usage though I'd be surprised
if it could work beyond 256Mb (given all the features & the JSR repo);
