Hi,

http://typo3.org/about/system-requirements/ says: But the bottom line is
- configure for at least 16 MB memory (we recommend to use 32 MB or even
more).

but reports module says about 32 MB: Depending on your configuration,
TYPO3 can run with a 32M PHP memory limit. However, a 64M PHP memory
limit or above is recommended, especially if your site uses additional
extensions.

IMO one of the texts should get changed, I guess the 1st
