I would say "References" are:

- doc_core_tsref
- doc_core_tsconfig

and in "Core Documentation" we would have:

- doc_core_inside
- doc_core_api
- doc_core_services
- doc_core_cgl
- doc_core_tstemplates
- doc_core_ts

Besides that I would put "doc_core_tsbyex" in the "Tutorials" section, 
although it is a bit crowded and this document could be lost from sight. 
But that would seem to be its rightful place.

Lastly, there's "doc_core_compclient" and "doc_core_compserv" which I 
would put in "Installation".

That's just IMHO.
