I read about this entities issue in the bug tracker but I did not quite 
understand whether this is intended behaviour and how to fix it. All the 
links are rendered with $this->pi_linkTP_keepPIvars ... The code for 
ter_fe is in typo3xdev CVS (not quite up to date) Help!

This is enabled in production mode. I've only quickly hacked the source 
to display dummy icons as I don't have the real ones available. The real 
icons have alt text.
