I just did validation at http://validator.w3.org/ and there seems to be 
2 things to improve:


1. change all occurrece of & to &
    Mainly in  <div class="terfe-tabnav"> ... </div>

2. give some alt to all
  <img 
src="http://h843691.serverkompetenz.net/typo3org/typo3conf/ext/ter_fe/ext_icon.gif"/>

maybe: alt="extension icon"
