Problem:
With many objects on a page it's not possible to use drag&drop within 
the page module (if scrollbarpos. > 0)

Solution:
Attached patch enables the "Position.includeScrollOffsets" which solves 
these issues.

I considered this to be a nobrainer and the patch was committed to trunk 
(rev. 32285) and templavoila_1-4 (rev. 32285).
