[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #14083: global variable 'fileadminDir' not replaced by its value in help text under new site wizard

Hi,
the attached patch has been committed to trunk (rev.32185) and 
templavoila (rev. 32186).

The help text on the start page of the new site wizard contained the 
phrase "$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['BE']['fileadminDir'] . 'templates/" 
instead of the actual path.
