[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #14141: Drag&Drop should scroll automatically

Problem:
With many objects on a page the page module doesn't scroll automatically 
during drag actions.

Solution:
Attached patch enables makes use of the "scroll" feature.

I considered this to be a nobrainer and the attached patches have been 
committed to trunk (rev. 32287) and templavoila_1-4 (rev. 32288).
