Bigger + reworked set and positioning for each docheader.

For example, for standard form it should be pretty standard for this kind of operations:

Save,Save+New,Save+Close,Separator,Close,Separator,Undo,Separator,Delete

Page could additionaly include Separator and Clear this page cache.
