[TYPO3-hci] some wordings from BE

Hi,

there are some wordings used in BE that are suboptimal.
Example for start/end of records:

Start: => this isn't clear, proposal: "Show record beginning at:"
End:  => same as Start, proposal: "Hide record beginning at:"

Access: difficult, because the field is a mixture of Access Groups (Website 
User Groups) and loginmode (Hide at .. / Show at ..)

the loginmode-labels are also confusing, i always think about: which options 
is for logged in:
So i propose
Access => Access restriction
Hide at login => Don't show if logged in
Show at any login => Only show if logged in

There are quite more, please feel free to make proposals, also for other 
wordings that you dislike most
