Maybe we could get "typo3 certified extensions" on community base.
Define a catalogue of criteria that should be matched to get certified
and then let users vote for each criteria if it is matched for the
current version.
To evalute if the extension is certified an algorhitm could be used that
includes the amount of votes, some must have criterias and a percentage
level that must be reached.
