Hello Franz,

to be exactly Elmar is not available via Email since two years. And that
is what he told us. He wrote clearly about it, that we need to care
about what he created - but nobody took it.

=> So in this case it's not needed to wait any longer. My last email I
wrote to Elmar was at 28.02.2008 "please come back! We need you"  - and
he didn't answer since then.

=> You can write to michael at typo3.org (Stucki) and request the extkey of
both: lib and div.
