- pibase is the traditional and most stable way to develop extensions

- lib/div was an approach to enable MVC for TYPO3-Extensions but was 
more ore less detached by

- extbase/fluid which is a backport of FLOW3 Technologies. It's stable 
enough to develop extensions but is still described as experimental and 
playground for developers which are interested in new technologies
