Hello Andrey,

forget lib/div and have at look at the combination of
* http://wiki.typo3.org/wiki/Fluid and
* http://wiki.typo3.org/wiki/Extbase

It has this side-effect: you can easily re-use your extensions with
TYPO3 5 when it's ready.
