Tagging is a good idea, but IMHO this only makes sense if you can create
your own tags _and_ get a selection of the tags that are already existing in
the TER.
In case of a shop system this might not be necessary since most of the
people would categorize it as being what it is: a shop. But in other cases
it might be just like trying to search google without the proper term at
hand. So it would be useful to provide people with existing tags and, if
they don't fit their needs, give them a text field to create a new tag.
Together with a tag cloud of the whole TER this could be interesting to get
a graphical overview and find out about the spreading of the different
categories.
