[TYPO3-ect] 5.0 roadmap - continuation or new branch

I meant if you keep everything divided e.g. into modules or extensions.
E.g. if t3lib_div is written in PHP5 then a 4.x.y would still use the
older t3lib_div in PHP4 where only 5.x.y can use it of course. You have
still the old PHP4 code, so no need to rewrite anything. 4.x.y would not
get any new features.
