Hi Christoph,

especially you shouldn't take it personal. You have been present from the 
beginning. I think it is rather a general problem, not a personal of anyone 
at all.

IRC chat conferences obviously only work with personal invitation. But I 
couldn't spend my week sending personal invitations around. So let us have 
it maybe once a month, but with personal invitation then. I the meantime 
the mailinlist does a good job and gives equal chances to anybody to 
participate.
