[TYPO3-ect] forms update

Hello all,

I did say that I won't be available for this last meeting because I was  
out of town again. Plus school is starting next week, so no idea how that  
will work from now on. I guess ML will suffice.

About forms, here is a little update:

Things slowed down a little after the first coding sprint. Sadly, only a  
few people stuck with the group and attended meetings, most of the  
interested parties listed on the wiki never even talked to me.
Despite all that, the few people I have are doing a great job.
Jeff and I did some more thinking about accessible forms, and came up with  
a good solution for it. There will be a class for fieldssets and legends  
that will be containers to stick form fields into. So, you can stick  
fields into legends, fieldsets, and forms, you can stick legends into  
fieldsets and maybe forms, and finally you can stick fieldsets into forms.
There will be a default way to rendering all those, and probably some kind  
of templating.
Config can be done with TS and TCA probably.

The details are still being thought out, but we have a good start already.

Since school is starting for me, I will have to cut back on some of the  
coding, so help is very much appreciated; this goes especially for those  
who said they are interested in this.

Let me know if there are questions! I will try and put some more info on  
the wiki within the next week or two.
