I would understand it like this.

a) installing dummy 123
b) installing t3d content
c) installing necessary exensions

Am I right?

How about handling of b and c in practice?

Could they get combined to an automated package import by selecting one
of quickstart, testsite, school, npo, church, event-database, ...
