[TYPO3-core] Fresh install latest snapshot master

I have some trouble with the latest snapshots of the Typo3 7.x master from the git.typo3.org
When I download for example the https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git/snapshot/aa026c368b29752fee5cd15b97edab77f7fa4927.zip
and use it as the typo3_scr PHP complains about the missing typo3/contrib/vendor folder.

If I get an older snapshot for example https://git.typo3.org/Packages/TYPO3.CMS.git/snapshot/39e0fd0a2c919da270cb49223433bcf95febbb10.zip Typo3 works fine.

And also when I replace the older files with the new ones it works.
