[TYPO3-core] problems after upgrading from typo3 6.2.16 to 6.2.17

Hi Alex!

I'm pretty sure this has to do with the bugfixes we applied for substituteMarkerArrayCached.
We are aware of a regression that slipped into 6.2.16, but 6.2.17 should actually fix this, so I'm really curious why this fails in your case on PHP 5.5 only and even more why it works on 6.2.16.

Can you turn on the Development Preset in the Install Tool on the new server please, so we can see if any PHP warnings/errors are reported?
