[TYPO3-core] problems after upgrading from typo3 6.2.16 to 6.2.17

Hi
I have updated TYPO3 to v. 6.2.17 on two different VPS, as follows:

OLD SERVER DATA, WHERE ALL IS WORKING OK:
TYPO3 CMS v.6.2.17 with automaketemplate // rlmp_tmplselect
PHP 5.4.45 
Server version: 5.5.45 MySQL Community Server

NEW SERVER DATA, WHERE TYPO3 IS NOT WORKING
TYPO3 CMS v.6.2.17 with automaketemplate // rlmp_tmplselect
PHP 5.5.30
Server version: 5.5.47 MySQL Community Server

Description fo the problem:
when I run the same site in the new server my markers (ie. ###COLNORMAL###) are not substituted with the right content as provided from css_styled_content library. 
If I switch again to the previous versione (on the new VPS) all is ok and the site is rendered correctly.

Please help, if you need I can collaborate with further infos. Thank you.
