[TYPO3-core] FAL: get rid of fileadmin/_processed_ and use typo3temp instead?

I am not sure if i completely understand your answer.

Files could also be "secured" in a subfolder of typo3temp, don't they?

A folder like (you mentioned it) typo3temp/processed/###STORAGE_UID###/ would make sense to me than some subfolder placed in fileadmin.

The reason I asked was that it seems safe to delete those files in the filadmin/_processed_ folder because they will be generated again when needed. So those files seem to be more like other files in the typo3temp folder than the "common" files you will find in the fileadmin folder.

what do you think? do i miss something?
