[TYPO3-core] Copyright-year in headers

Hi!

Inline comments in files (PHP files, maybe others such as JavaScript, 
etc.) of the TYPO3 core show the year range 1998-2013. TYPO3 CMS 6.2 LTS 
has been released in 2014, so it would make sense to update the year 
figure or drop the year as part of a re-work of the header comments.
