[TYPO3-core] BE usergroup not applied to new pages, change or bug?

Those are regular users, no admins?
For admins I had the effect, even in the past, that no group was applied
at all.

Are you able to maybe verify this on a 6.2.0 or maybe even 6.1.x to see
if/where/... something changed?

After that, please file an issue on forge.
