[TYPO3-core] Conditions for Extbase Backend Module TS-Configuration really needed?

I do not use it (yet). But thinking about it where I use (BE-)Conditions 
in TS I came up with a configration with multiple domains. Depending on 
the Domain the BE is started some values vary.
Also I can think of an IP-dependency (from save home-IP you can do more 
than from a foreign remote IP)

maybe you can do the caching condition-dependend?
