[TYPO3-core] (New) TYPO3 CMS Vision

These have more to deal with values and "mission statement". The 
'vision' we are also seeking is about the functionality of the product 
in the future.

In your agency you'll see the needs of editors, the environments TYPO3 
has to communicate with and the different kinds of output the CMS is 
expected to produce. If TYPO3 CMS needs to deal with these in the future 
we have to start building soon.
What is your vision in this regard?

That is very valuable too. Everybody who didn't join these meetups can 
give feedback in this thread.
Small technical features are welcome too, as a combination of a lot of 
them can form a part of the vision too.
