[TYPO3-core] [Flow] RFC Blueprint Domain Validation

Hey,

it would be great to have your comments on the blueprint "Validation"
[1] for an improved domain model validation.

One goal would be to be validate a domain model by in TS defined
validators. This is especially useful if you want to use extensions in
multiple projects with different requirements.
