Another point: would it make sense to use FAL in this extension? Is it 
actually possible (due to limitation, for example, of documentation not 
being in "fileadmin")?

Would it make sense, for example, to have a "documentation driver" that 
would provide access to all documentation throughout the TYPO3 install?
