[TYPO3-core] ReStructured Text in the TYPO3 backend

Hi all,

Time for one more summary. Actually since things are starting to boil 
down I decided to create a wiki page for further refinements:

The thread was somewhat side-tracked by a discussion about how to 
proceed with Core integration. I would indeed prefer to integrate as 
early as possible, but of course only when we have reached a point in 
development where it makes sense to do so.

My idea is to work on Github in a first step. I was anyway thinking of 
creating a fork for the OpenOffice migration work, to allow for easier 
testing before submitting the change. It seems that this is the current 
way of doing things, rather than creating a sandbox branch on the main 
repo. Is that right?

Anyway development of the extension could start in the same fork or 
branch as the OO migration.

The way I see it the next step would be to start wireframing the UI, so 
that we can also debate on it and maybe even have the feedback of the UX 
team.
