Right, and that's indeed good.

I guess I must have missed some part of the discussions, as others 
probably have. I don't say that it's wrong, but it's weird to see 
something like "6.2+1", especially for those that don't have the context 
of the whole discussion.

Good. I will open a separate thread later tonight with a list of things 
that should be addressed (i.e. either be done or declared dead) in the 
global strategy, as food for upcoming discussions.
