It seems pretty obvious to me that something like "6.2+1" means the next 
version after 6.2. If you upload a new version of an extension you have 
the choice between:
- New bugfix version (latest x.x.x+1)
- New sub version (latest x.x+1.0)
- New main version (latest x+1.0.0)
Notice the similarity?
