[TYPO3-core] TYPO3 CMS fork on github, project name "Catharsis"

Hi,

I really wonder how 4/6.x folks would have reacted if such a move would
have happened in the Flow/Neos part of the community ;)

We learned that our workflow doesn't work -- wouldn't it make sense to
help improving it instead of bypassing it?

Sad move, not thought at all.
