[TYPO3-core] New features and css_styled_content static templates?

Hi,

I used it only once while upgrading from 4.6 to 4.7 where I was in a
hurry with a 3rd party agency to use a supported version of TYPO3 and
some Frontend rendering broke with the upgrade.
