[TYPO3-core] 4.7 release planning (small nitpicks)

Hi Tolleiv,

thanks for your impressions.

It's right that things like the Repository lock and such things about 
the FAL integration have been done very silently. This on the one hand 
is due to the fact, that we have been working from Laax on the other 
hand as well as until the last minute it was quite unsure "how to 
proceed". Anyhow there has been the Thread "Outstanding Tasks for 4.7" 
by Markus Klein, which I updated with the wishlist form my side - all of 
these issues have been tagged with the according target version.

Anyhow, now set all is set up and we are back home I will try to change 
that.

 > I also wonder why there haven't been any "Minutes of the release team 
meeting" reports since nearly one month.

There haven't been minutes for three weeks - which indeed is correct. 
The Last actual Release-Team Meeting has been on February 7th. Due to 
Laax and Karneval 2 Meetings have been Canceled. The third missing one 
just consisted of Olly and me, therefore we just did an peer to peer 
review of FAL stuff.

Anyhow we agreed that, even if nothing is to report, at least this is 
published to the Mailinglist.

If you have any questions or further ideas, feel free to contribute them.
