[TYPO3-core] Deliver unit tests in the packaged sources?

A reason would also be that it makes bugfixing in a number of cases a
lot easier! If people are so involved/concerned that they manage to file
a bug report they would also be willing to run unit tests if we suspect
a problem in part of the core in their installation.
It wouldn't be the first time that a lot of testing and debugging
reveals a problem on a certain platform, particular version of server
software, specific configuration, etc.
+1 for including the tests!
