[TYPO3-core] Discussion: Remove default columns in favour for backend_layout

Hi.

Why not making a "virtual" backend layout, used every time a backend_layout
can't be found ? It won't need to add something to database, and won't need
any wizard updater.

Btw, a hook could be added after backend_layout fetch to be able to modify
the behaviour
