[TYPO3-core] Was the deprecation policy followed for TYPO3 6.0?

I noticed on another mailing list some bug which was related to using  
include_once in combination with a hook (if I remember correctly) - which  
meant that extension broke because the compatibility layer for the  
namespaces change could not handle this correctly.
