[TYPO3-core] Decision about jQuery in TYPO3 6.0

I agree as well, I don't see the point of having an unstable,
undocumented, not-to-be-used API in 6.0.

As Jigal said, hard-code whatever is needed, provide jQuery as part of
the EM 6.0 and do it cleaner for 6.1.
