It's a feature (and a pretty big one), it's after feature freeze. 
Logical conclusion is that it has to wait a few weeks until after the 
release of 4.6.

It has nothing to do with dictatorship, but more with your 
responsibility as release manager and the fact that you caught it.

Nothing personal against anyone involved in this patch, but I agree 
about the fact that it can't get in because it's after feature freeze. 
In previous releases we have seen the consequences of late features...
