[TYPO3-core] Feature full text support with MySQL

As we really made it to stick to the "no features after feature freeze 
(=beta1)" policy, I also agree with you to revert this one. I think 
Dmitry is fine with conforming to rules.

IMHO it would be also fine to state the position here and just have a 
"after feature-freeze" commit message.
