[TYPO3-core] Migration to GIT *today*, closing SVN for TYPO3v4

Hi folks,

the SVN repository has been closed for write access. Everyone is still 
able to read from it and we kept all data.

However, commits will no longer work via Subversion now.

Go Git! Go Gerrit!
