[TYPO3-core] BUG #20031 feedback to tree of pages doesnt work when BE main dir/symlink is changed

Hello,

First of all sorry for a long break.

Bug is described here http://forge.typo3.org/issues/20031

Christian's patch was made for TYPO3 v 4.2 but 'typo3/' is still 
hardcoded in t3lib/config_default.php.

Dear core developers could you consider applying Christian's patch to 
the core?
