It can be misleading, but its not wrong. It is telling that either you
enable compression in TYPO3, in which case you need to enable the
AddType stuff, *or* you can use the Apache modules to do that, in which
case you should activate these settings "below" (meaning at the end of
the file).

I reworked the whole part and moved both "Compression" sections one
after the other so that the user knows that he has to choose one.

See attached follow-up to this, would that be ok?

I also updated t3lib/config_default.php to reflect the new name of the file.
