[TYPO3-core] RFC #17114: Bug: Install Tool does not install extensions properly

Hi,

as stated in v4 list i changed the code in constructor of 
extDirectServer, so you can instance it without need of template.php.

Just use it this way:
$this->extensionManagerConnection = 
t3lib_div::makeInstance('tx_em_Connection_ExtDirectServer', FALSE);

other than that: +1 by reading, it's the same introduction package does.
